"In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your
good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven."

Solutions for Classroom or Individual Student Learners

Our virtual program can be customized to help:

  • Solve challenges faced due to students' long term absences from the classroom
  • Provide cost-efficient solutions to your school's scheduling and curriculum needs
  • Offer choices that will emphasize your Catholic identity within the educational environment of your communities
  • Strengthen the opportunities provided by your Catholic school within your community

Flexibility of Our Asynchronous Course Structure

Our program is asynchronous:

  • There is not a set time to log in each day, and there is no live class with our teachers via Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • All of the course materials are available to students, 24 hours/day-7 days/week
  • Although students primarily work at their own pace, there are set due dates for all assignments – students must submit assignments by 11:59pm EST on the due date posted
  • The asynchronous program offers flexibility, as students can submit assignments before the due date
  • ADOM-VCS students from around the world, access their courses when it is best for them to do so      .
  • All of our teachers are certified Catholic school teachers from the Archdiocese of Miami
  • Teachers are available via email, phone, text, and Zoom by appointment. All teachers also have Office Hours.
  • Students are not required  to wear an ADOM-VCS school uniform
  • Students provide their own electronic device (tablet, laptop, desktop)
  • Students do not need additional school supplies; all of the materials are included in the student portal**
  • Students can print all of the materials, create folders, etc., but it is not required
  • Parents/guardians will have access to an observer account, which allows them to monitor due dates, grades, teacher feedback, etc.

**Some specialized electives such as culinary art and photography do require additional materials. Please see course descriptions for items needed.
